Rox is a very unremarkable (or rather terrible) puzzle game developed by Altron which was also released earlier for Playstation and Sega Saturn though the GBC game is probably the least known of the titles． Rox has almost no gameplay modes in which to speak of and the modes present are crippled due to the game’s overly ’complex’ system and steep learning curve which many people don’t even understand．．． it just goes to show you that too much creativity can leave you with something that nobody will really care for． It also doesn’t help that the visuals are poor even for a puzzler． The audio is decent enough． The general idea of the game is this： 6 = Six． Wha？ Yeah it ’barely’ makes any sense． In the game you have to sandwhich tiles according to the number on the dice． If you have a ’1’ place one die with any number between it (either vertically or horizontally) and then end the sequence with another ’1’ die． Likewise if you start a sequence with a ’2’ place two dice with any number between it and end the sequence with a ’2’．．． a ’3’ needs three dice with any number and should end with a ’3’．．． and so on． Naturally a ’6’ requires too many dice between it to eliminate it horizontally so they must be eleminated vertically． You’ll ocassionally get a gem of some kind which can eliminate any dice in its vicinity． As if this wasn’t complicated enough to adhere to in real-time the colors change as the difficulty and speed pick up． While different colors adhere to the b．．．／b
