16bitのmc68000を2個に加えサウンド用にZ80を搭載した高性能な業務用マシンから8bitのPCエンジンへ移植。奇跡的なハイクオリティーだったと当時を思い出します。- PCエンジン版の見どころ - クオリティーの高いグラフィックと業務用以上より処理落ちしない高速処理。背景1枚のPCエンジンで二重スクロールの再現。CD-DAによるハイクオリティーなBGMの忠実な再現。さらに、BGMばかりに目が行きますが、CD-DA以外にADPCM1音と波形メモリ6音(うち波形メモリ2音でFM音源に近い音を1音発生可能なモード搭載)により、ボイスや効果音の再現度も相当高いレベルとなっています。アスペクト比 がおかしかったので、再アップしました。

というわけでグラIIです。音源は星の数ほどあるかとは思いますが、これについてはPCエンジン版のものを使用しています。が、オリジナル面は抜きました。ダライアスがドルビーであればこっちはローランドと、まさにバブルまっさかりの贅沢仕様ですね。オリジナル音源のとがった感じとは違い優等生な音ではあります他に斑鳩あり。よろしければどうぞ→sm7043662基板直録達人王作成→sm7393756

Best arcade game ever! Gradius 2 is pure awesomeness． it’s hard and challenging! just the way I like it． And I will always remember the epic soundtrack．．． Gradius 2 was released in the Japanese arcades in 1988． The game was also released in Europe． But the European version was called Vulcan Venture for some reason．．． PS： The screen shot is the PCE CD version．

Always wanted to change the audio to several CD games the first being Dracula X and the second Gradius II (PCE)． I’ve since did both and had a lot of fun with it． YouTube user Annoyboy uploaded a similar idea which inspired me to upload this． The video does not represent the exact quality of my custom soundtrack． I made a video before this one but didn’t like the results because either boring gameplay would be accompanied by the best parts of the songs or the best gameplay segments would have unrecognizable parts of the music in the background． So I recorded the video with no music at all and added the soundtrack afterwards (same technique as my Monster Hunter vids)． I wanted the video segements to be enjoyable to watch and the music instantly recognizable to the Gradius fan． The music is from the various Konami music CDs available in Japan． I was mostly shooting for arranged tracks but there are one or two instances of music from other official Gradius game soundtracks (Gradius V Graidus Gaiden)． Stage01 - ’Burning Heat’ (arranged) Stage02 - ’Power of Anger’ (arranged．． from Salamander) Stage03 - ’Crystal World’ (arranged) Stage04 - ’Free Flyer’ (arranged．． from Gradius 1) Stage05 - ’Moai’ (from Gradius Gaiden) Stage06 - ’Sand Storm’ (arranged．． from Gradius 3) Stage07 - ’Maximum Speed’ (arranged) Gradius2 Boss - ’Take Care!’ (arranged．． from Gradius V) Gradius1 Boss - ’Aircraft Carrier’ (arranged．． from Gradius V) Salamander／LifeForce Boss - ’Poison of Snake b．．．／b
