B：RotJ is a very good Batman game． With all due respect it’s almost better than the Genesis adaptation in every way． The visuals are cleaner and very impressive for an NES／FC game the music is just as good if not better and the gameplay isn’t broken or particularly frustrating． Well the Sega Genesis game was handled by a different group of folks which I guess makes a world of difference． In this game you get various gadgets that shoot in different ways and can be charged up to do a special attack． You don’t exactly need the charged shots but they help in select instances． Every few levels you’ll fight a boss that has a certain amount of ’Power’ and you’ll need to use the best weapon you can find to defeat that boss． While the game looks like a Batman game I can’t help but feel that this was something else before they just slapped Batman in it．．． some elements of the game are just awkward not to mention none of the real Batman villains aside from ’The Joker’． Well enjoy．
